As simple as it may sound, the challenge is to make sure that you hire the brightest and best candidates who will meet and surpass your expectations.
Without overemphasizing the importance of our initial interview and screening process, we will check and validate every candidate thoroughly before we present the list of potential candidates to you. All shortlisted candidates will be required to come to our premises for a face-to-face interview and they are required to take an aptitude/psychology test. For a technical role, we may include a machine test with your collaboration.
Once the successful candidate is confirmed, we will prepare the on-boarding process and ensure that proper workstations with the latest hardware (desktop/notebook) with Windows OS installed, large monitor and high-speed internet connection are ready for your staff.
We will also install the necessary remote monitoring software including optional VoIP (voice over internet protocol) and project management tools for you to manage your remote staff. Our attendance management system with biometric identification and office web cameras will provide you with a monthly timesheet and productivity report of your remote staff.
Last but not least, we understand that it is important to build trust and transparency for your remote team.
